At Racketworld UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Please note that rackets must still have the plastic wrap on the handle and no signs of court use to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and racket head covers are included.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off your package at any authorized UK courier collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
